Private Parties
Private parties are held Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm and Sundays from 4:30pm - 6:30pm for up to 50 people for $250. An additional $2.50 will be charged for each guest over 50 people. Over 50 guests must be communicated in advance to ensure enough lifeguard coverage. No other patrons will be at the pool. Lifeguards are included.
Hosts can bring their own food and beverages. No glass containers or alcohol are permitted inside the pool area. We will not provide shade coverage, i.e. a tent.
All parties must be booked at least one week in advance. Parties are $250 and require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file one week prior to the party date. *All parties must be reserved online.*
Parties will be held rain or shine! Parties will not be cancelled due to light rain. Any cancellations will be at the discretion of Camp Fire Staff. The Camp Fire Georgia Staff will contact the party host if a party needs to be cancelled due to severe weather such as lighning or tornado. Parties cancelled by the Camp Fire Georgia Staff will be rescheduled for another date.
