The 2023 Currahee Military Weekend will take place from October 5, 2023 - October 8, 2023.

Currahee Military Weekend takes place the first weekend in October and celebrates the legacy of "Toccoa Men" who trained at Camp Toccoa during WWII. The weekend's events begin on Thursday with a special production at the Historic Ritz Theatre.

Friday events include Living Historian Encampments downtown, brunch, book signings, and a USO-style Swing Dance.

Saturday's events include a Veteran's Parade, downtown battle reenactment, Banquet, and more.

Sunday concludes the weekend with a memorial and tribute to veterans at Camp Toccoa at Currahee.

Other events will take place during the weekend.
